Restore Corrupt System Files

To restore corrupt OS files using the command line, you can use the command
This stands for "System File Checker" and is accessible through the Command Prompt when run as administrator;
sfc /scannow:
Scans your system for missing or corrupted protected system files.
Attempts to repair any issues found automatically using a cached copy of the files.
for more severe corruption, you can try
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth:
This is a more powerful tool to repair system image files.
It will download fresh copies of system files from Windows Update if necessary to repair corruption.
